Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

Most of our products have a 7-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 7 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with the tags still attached, and the packaging intact. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping cost is not included.

However, if the return is due to our mistake (such as you receiving an incorrect product or a product with quality issues, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.

 If the product is in stock, once we receive the returned product, you will receive a refund or a replacement. To initiate a return, you can contact us via the email address vinson0752@gmail.com. We will reply to you with the return address within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Refund:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product, and inform you whether the refund application has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via the original payment method within 10 working days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund.

 If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return application and you still haven't received the refund, please contact us via the email address vinson0752@gmail.com.
